Steps and Stipends. Payment for performance of extra duties shall be in accordance with Appendix A. All stipends are subject to specific prior approval of the principal or designee and approval of the Board of Trustees. Clubs are available to all students grades 1-12 and employees are eligible to receive Club Advisor stipends in accordance with time spent advising the club during non-contract time (including lunch periods). Clubs must be officially approved by the site administration and the Associated Student Body (secondary) and the site principal (elementary). Minimum of ten (10) hours required to receive a stipend. By mutual consent of the affected employees and the District, employees may share a stipend responsibility/payment.
