Owner reserves the right to have removed from the Premises any machine, instrument or appliance requiring the use of gas or electric current that User may have installed, attached, or brought into the Premises without Owner’s prior approval, and Owner may charge the cost of such removal and any damage sustained thereby as additional rent, applicable at the option of Owner, immediately or with the next month’s rent payable under this Lease.

  • Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All equipment, tools and vehicles brought onto the Customer’s premises by the Supplier or the Staff shall be at the Supplier’s risk.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.
