Systems Furniture. Provide systems furniture workstation plate drawings including a Panel Plan (showing panel widths, heights and finishes), a Component Plan and Isometric (indicating all components to be provided within the project with a written description of each component by size, type and quantity and with an isometric drawing of workstations) and an Electrical Panel Plan (indicating electrical outlets, locations of system power entry, computer data and telephone receptacles.

Systems Furniture. As a part of Landlord’s Work, Landlord shall reconfigure certain modular workstations within the Premises for Tenant’s use in accordance with the Plans. Landlord hereby acknowledges Tenant’s right to the use of such workstations, free of charge, throughout the term of the Lease.
Systems Furniture. In addition to the improvements to the Premises to be provided by Landlord under the terms of this Lease, Landlord shall furnish and install within the Premises prior to the Commencement Date, thirty-six (36) eight foot by eight foot cubicle furniture systems for use by Tenant during the term of the Lease (the "Systems Furniture"). Each such cubicle shall be wired for 15 amps of power and installed with one voice and two data connections. Tenant shall be provided with a picture and details of the Systems Furniture proposed to be installed for its reasonable approval, prior to installation within the Premises. The Systems Furniture shall remain the property of Landlord and shall be surrendered by Tenant to Landlord at the termination of the Lease in the same condition received, reasonable wear and tear excepted, provided that Tenant shall have a license to use the Systems Furniture without payment of any additional consideration during the Term.
Systems Furniture. The $4,000 per cubicle allowance for systems furniture has been deleted per the value engineering exercise on 7/22/08.
Systems Furniture. Minimum of fifteen (15) year basic warranty from the date of Client’s acceptance per Section 18 above.

Related to Systems Furniture

  • Furniture Sublessor shall not be responsible for furnishing the Sublease Premises, however, Sublessor shall grant Sublessee the right to utilize 102 cubicles and one hundred (100) chairs on the Fifth (5th) Floor Sublease Premises, with Sublessor using best efforts to provide up to 69 additional cubicles on the Expansion Sublease Premises. Additionally, after obtaining Sublessor’s consent in each instance, Sublessee shall have the option to use other furniture and furnishings (including but not limited to benches, tables, and chairs) currently located in the Sublease Premises and the Expansion Sublease Premises subject to the same terms (“Sublessor’s Furniture”). Sublessor’s Furniture shall consist initially of those cubicles that are presently disassembled within the building, then shall utilize the cubicles presently located on the 4th floor to achieve the total requested cubicles. Sublessee shall be responsible for the cost of relocation within the Building and installation of said Sublessor’s Furniture. No warranty or guarantee of condition of said Sublessor’s Furniture is being provided by Sublessor to Sublessee. There shall be no charge to Sublessee for the use of Sublessor’s Furniture. Sublessee shall have access to the Sublease Premises and Expansion Sublease Premises upon full execution of the Sublease Agreement for the purpose of installing cubicles and furniture. Sublessee’s furniture vendor will be required to provide proof of reasonably suitable insurance for the effort to both relocate and install Sublessor’s furniture. All Sublessor's Furniture including the loaned cubicles and chairs shall be identified and listed with their conditions and quantities in Schedule D to be initialed and completed together by an employee of each party within 20 business days after Premises Commencement or the Early Access Period, whichever comes first.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
