Supplied Equipment. (a) This clause applies if we supply Equipment to you.
(b) You assume risk in Equipment upon delivery.
(c) We or our Partners or other third parties retain title to Equipment:
(i) for Equipment rented or loaned to you – at all times;
(ii) for Bundled Equipment, until completion of the minimum term; and
(iii) for any other Equipment – until full payment has been made (as may be applicable under the terms of your Plan).
(d) While we or our Partners retain title to Equipment, you hold it in a fiduciary capacity as bailee for us.
(e) We or our Partners retain all intellectual property rights in any software, manuals or user documentation supplied with Equipment.
(f) If you use in connection with a Service any Equipment we have not approved or provided:
(i) it must complywith all applicable technical andinterconnection standards and requirements, including those set by its supplier or the manufacturer;
(ii) you are responsible for ascertaining what those technical and interconnection standards and requirements are, since we will not be familiar with the Equipment; and
(iii) we will not be liable to you for any losses or expenses you incur in relation to your use of the Equipment, except to any extent we cause or contribute to it by: • our negligence, or • our breach of the Consumer Standards.
Supplied Equipment. (a) This clause applies if we supply Equipment to you.
(b) You assume risk in Equipment upon delivery.
(c) We or our Partners retain title to Equipment:
(i) for Equipment rented or loaned to you – at all times;
(ii) for Bundled Equipment – until completion of the minimum term; and
(iii) for any other Equipment – until full payment has been made – each a Security Period.
(d) While we or our Partners retain title to Equipment, you hold it in a fiduciary capacity as bailee for us.
(e) We or our Partners retain all intellectual property rights in any software, manuals or user documentation supplied with Equipment.
Supplied Equipment. Provider shall deliver the equipment and applications as identified in the Order (“Equipment”). Provider’s delivery of that Equipment is on a rental basis only and is expressly subject to the terms of this Service Attachment pertaining to Provider-supplied Equipment.

Supplied Equipment. The Company agrees to supply scabbards, aprons, cotton gloves, rubber gloves, rubber pants, raincoats, knives and scissors to all who require them free of charge. Employees shall be responsible for any such apparel they lose. The Company further agrees to keep knives, saws and scissors properly sharpened and maintained at all times. Whetstones, oil stones and steels shall be available to employees.
Supplied Equipment. Equipment owned, calibrated, and maintained by FarrWest, leased to and operated by Williamson County. • 1 x RedWave Gas Cell Equipment owned and operated by Williamson County, calibrated and maintained by Farrwest. • 5 x RAE Systems AreaRAE Plus Monitors (Sensors 10.6eV PID, CO, H2S, LEL, O2) • 1 x RAE Systems QRAE 3 monitor (Sensors CO, H2S, LEL O2)- Health Department, • 1 x RAE Systems QRAE 3 monitor (Sensors CO, HCN, LEL O2) • 3 x RAE Systems MultiRAE Lite monitors (Sensors LR PID, CO, H2S, LEL O2), pumped • 5 x RAE Systems MultiRAE monitors (Sensors HR PID, CO, H2S, LEL O2), pumped • 1 x RAE Systems GammaRAE radiation detector dosimeter • 4 x RAE Systems MiniRAE 3000 PID monitors (Sensors HR PID 10.6eV) • 5 x RAE Systems RAE Link 3 wireless modems • 2 x RAE Systems SensorRAE stations (Sensors Cl2, HCN) • 5 x RAE Systems AutoRAE 2 Calibration Stations and Cradles
Supplied Equipment. The TBCM will supply shared equipment to assist the Vendor:
a) Folding tables
b) Brooms, mops and buckets for cleaning
Supplied Equipment. 4.1. Where the Supplier needs to supply & install equipment at a site to enable the Supplier to provide the Service the Customer will prior to installation:
4.1.1. Prepare the site in accordance with the Supplier’s reasonable instructions, if any;
4.1.2. make available a suitable place and conditions for the supplied equipment; and
4.1.3. Provide at no charge to the Supplier sufficient electricity to power the supplied equipment. After installation is completed it is the Customer’s responsibility to restore the condition of the site, including any re-decorating that may be required.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for the Supplied Equipment and must not add to, modify or in any way interfere with the Equipment, nor allow anyone else (other than someone authorised by the Supplier) to do so. The Customer will be liable to the Supplier for any loss of or damage to the Supplied Equipment, except where such loss or damage is due to fair wear and tear or is caused by the Supplier, or anyone acting on the Supplier's behalf.
Supplied Equipment. In relation to equipment that we, or our third party supplier, provides a you (Supplied Equipment) for use in the provision of the Services (but we do not sell to you):
(a) the Supplied Equipment remains or our third party supplier's property (as applicable) unless the Supplied Equipment is sold to you;
(b) risk in the Supplied Equipment passes to you on delivery, at which time you are responsible for you are responsible for any Supplied Equipment from the time when you receive it, including where the Supplied Equipment is lost, stolen or damaged (except where caused by us or our personnel);
(c) on our request, you must have any Supplied Equipment insured for an amount and on terms reasonably required by us;
(d) you must not mortgage or grant a charge, lien or encumbrance over any Supplied Equipment and you must not register any interest in the Supplied Equipment under the PPSA and agree that we or our third party supplier may register an interest in the Supplied Equipment under the PPSA;
(e) you will allow us to and, where applicable, will ensure that the landlord allows us to, remove the Supplied Equipment from the Premises on the expiration or termination of the supply of the Services;
(f) you will not part with possession of the Supplied Equipment except to us;
(g) if we are unable to recover the Supplied Equipment, we may recover the value of it as a debt due by you, including offsetting the value of the Supplied Equipment against any monies owed to you by us;
