Storage/Trash. Tenant shall store all personal property entirely within the Premises. Tenant shall store all trash and refuse in adequate containers within the Premises, which Tenant shall maintain in a neat and clean condition, or within designated Common Areas so as not to be visible to members of the public in, or about the Property, and so as not to create any health or fire hazard.

Storage/Trash. Tenant shall not store anything outside except in areas approved by Landlord. Tenant will use only trash and garbage receptacles approved by Landlord. Tenant shall dispose of trash and other matter in a manner acceptable to Landlord, at Tenant’s expense.
Storage/Trash. Tenant shall not store anything outside except in areas which are appropriately screened from view of the public and consistent with current usage. No trash will be outside of the container and Tenant will use only trash and garbage receptacles that are reasonably approved by Landlord. Tenant shall dispose of any materials from Tenant’s operations and trash and other matter at Tenant’s expense, in a manner that complies with State and local legal governmental requirements.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
