STORE VISITS. In order to observe conditions existing under this Agreement and to settle grievances, representatives of the Union shall have the right to visit the stores. It is the general policy of the Union for its representatives not to visit the stores during the busy afternoon hours, Saturdays or days preceding holidays. However, upon receipt of a reported violation, a Union representative shall have the right to visit such store at any time for the purpose of investigating such violation. The Union further agrees that it will arrange with the store manager for such investigation of reported grievances and that any meetings between employees and Union representatives shall be limited to one
