STORM AND SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE AND MASTER GRADING PLAN. 1. Construct, install, furnish and provide facilities as approved by the Director of Engineering and Building and Public Works Committee on for storm and surface water drainage throughout the entire Subdivision and off site improvements as necessary, and a Master Grading Plan providing for sump pump discharge to a tile or storm sewer system, all in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Building and Engineering Department. The City retains the right to require the Subdivider to install at Subdivider’s cost additional storm drainage and erosion control measures prior to acceptance of improvements by the City of Muskego.
