Streetscape Plans Sample Clauses
The Streetscape Plans clause defines the requirements and standards for the design and implementation of streetscape elements within a development project. It typically outlines the necessary features such as sidewalks, street furniture, lighting, landscaping, and accessibility measures that must be included in the plans submitted for approval. By specifying these details, the clause ensures that public spaces are developed in a cohesive, safe, and aesthetically pleasing manner, addressing both functional and community needs.
Streetscape Plans. The Streetscape Plans shall be concept level plans that include, at a minimum, the following:
1. Street Trees. The Streetscape Plan will depict the types of street tree species proposed (and alternative species), general location, frequency and spacing of tree plantings, planting size, specifications for tree ▇▇▇▇▇, and relationship to the street hierarchy.
Streetscape Plans. The Applicant shall construct a pedestrian-friendly streetscape abutting the Site, including new paving for the sidewalks, street lighting fixtures, and new and replacement shade trees.
Streetscape Plans. The Streetscape Plans shall be concept level plans that include, at a minimum, the following:
Streetscape Plans. (a) The City will:
(i) update streetscape plans for the SNG Transit Corridor, including urban design and streetscape elements;
(ii) implement such streetscape plans in the applicable Land Use Plans; and
(iii) develop design specifications for general purpose travel lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks and boulevards to be delivered through Project construction along the SNG Transit Corridor.
(b) TransLink will:
(i) develop design specifications for the light rail transit guideway and LRT Stops and LRT Exchanges to be delivered through construction of the Project along the SNG Transit Corridor;
(ii) build, within the SNG Transit Corridor streetscape, the light rail transit guideway, and rebuild, within the SNG Transit Corridor, the general purpose travel lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks and boulevards. For certainty, those travel lanes, bikes lanes and sidewalks included in this redevelopment, will be designed and implemented by TransLink in collaboration with the City.
