Common use of Stress Leave With Pay Clause in Contracts

Stress Leave With Pay. The employer agrees to allow each CULE 2 member 3 days of stress leave with pay. These 3 days will be prorated for part-time employees covered by CULE 2 jurisdiction. This leave must be used in each calendar year and does not carry over. Term employees in the CULE 2 jurisdiction will be entitled to 1 day of stress leave for each six months of continuous employment in the Bargaining Unit to be applied in the same manner as for indeterminate employees.
