STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 13.01 There shall be no strikes or lock-outs during the life of the agreement. 13.02 Should employees be prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lock-out, on either the Employer’s premises or another Employer’s premises, the employees shall report the matter to the Employer and the Employer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere so that they shall receive their regular pay and benefits to which they would normally be entitled. An employee who refuses to cross a picket line will not be subject to discipline.
