STRIKES AND OTHER DISRUPTIONS OF NORMAL WORK ROUTINE. The protection of the public health, safety, and welfare demands that neither the Union, nor any individual City employee in the bargaining unit, or any person acting in concert with them will cause, sanction, or take part in any strike, walkout, sit-down, slowdown, stoppage of work, retarding of work, abnormal absenteeism, withholding of services, or any other interference with the normal work routine of the City without just cause.

STRIKES AND OTHER DISRUPTIONS OF NORMAL WORK ROUTINE. The protection of the public health, safety, and welfare demands that neither the Union, nor any individual City employee in the bargaining unit, or any person acting in concert with them will cause, sanction, or take part in any strike, walkout, sit-down, slowdown, stoppage of work, retarding of work, abnormal absenteeism, withholding of services, or any other interference with the normal work routine of the City without just cause. The provisions of this Article apply as long as this Agreement is in effect.
