Strikes. During the life of this Agreement, no illegal strike of any kind shall be engaged in, sanctioned, or supported by MSUAASF, its officers, or agents. In the event the Employer alleges that any ASF Member or ASF Members are engaged in an illegal strike, MSUAASF will, upon written notification from the employer, immediately notify such ASF Member or ASF Members in writing of the allegation and the implications of a strike.
