Student Complaint Process & Reporting. A complaint is a written, signed allegation that a postsecondary institution does not meet the state authorization requirements of SDCL ch 13-48; an allegation that a postsecondary institution violated deceptive trade practices and consumer protections guaranteed by SDCL ch 37-24; or an allegation raised by a distance education student that a XXXX institution does not meet standards established by the institution's accrediting agency or XXXX. Disputes involving student grades or student conduct violations are governed entirely by institutional policy and the laws of the XXXX institution’s home state and do not constitute complaints for purposes of this policy.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.
