The provisions of Sections 41301 and 41302 of Title 5, California Code of Regulations (Appendix A.), which relate to student conduct on campus, are applicable to the on-campus housing communities. Licensees not in compliance with University Housing Policies and and/or Title 5 regulations may be subject to University disciplinary action and/or eviction from the University Housing complex. Eviction due to disciplinary action can result in the Licensee owing the amount due under the full Fee Period of the license. B.
