STUDENT DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT. The Vendor understands and agrees that where the provision of Work requires the Vendor to have access to student data the Student Data Usage and Privacy Agreement (SDUPA) is included in the Purchase Order and Change Order by reference. A link to the SDUPA is provided.
STUDENT DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT. During the term of the Contract Term, and any Renewal Contract Term(s), the Contractor will have access to student data.
