Common use of STUDENT MEDICATIONS Clause in Contracts

STUDENT MEDICATIONS. No teacher shall be required without appropriate training to administer any drugs or other medications to students or to perform any medically invasive procedure with respect to students. The Board will shield and hold the teacher harmless from liability for any act under this provision that does not constitute willful or wanton misconduct.
