Student Records and Information. Provider acknowledges that any data shared and released to Provider by the Public School Unit (the “Shared Data”) is for the purpose of providing the goods and services purchased by the PSU. The Shared Data is defined as any data or information shared with Provider pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to any de-identified data, aggregated data sets, personally identifiable information (PII) about students, and other student information, including, but not limited to, student data, metadata, and user content. The Shared Data will be used by Provider for the purpose of populating student data into systems subscribed to by the Public School Unit . The parties agree that the Shared Data and all rights to the Shared Data shall remain the exclusive property of NCDPI and the Public School Unit, and that Provider has a limited, nonexclusive, license solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under agreements with the PSU.
Student Records and Information. The Shared Data is defined as any data or information shared with Provider pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to any de-identified data, aggregated data sets, personally identifiable information (PII) about students, and other student information, including, but not limited to, student data, metadata, and user content. The Shared Data will be used by Provider for the sole purpose of populating student data into instructional systems subscribed to by the District, and for improving services under this Agreement. The parties agree that the Shared Data and all rights to the Shared Data, including all intellectual property rights, shall remain the exclusive property of the District, and that Provider has a limited, nonexclusive, license solely for the purpose of performing its obligations as outlined in this Agreement.
Student Records and Information. Any and all student records, charts and reports created by PBHG in its evaluation and, as applicable, treatment of patients shall be and remain the property and responsibility of PBHG. PBHG shall ensure that its employees maintain confidentiality with respect to any such personally identifiable information under the control of the Employees in accordance with applicable law. Student records, reports and information will only be released to Client following receipt of a signed authorization from parent or guardian or from the student if over 18 years of age. PBHG and its employees will ensure that information is transmitted to Client in a safe and secure manner to an identified individual in order to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Student Records and Information. Hospital shall keep and use all Student information it may acquire for the sole purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable federal and state law.
