Shared Data definition

Shared Data means Personal Data which is Processed in connection with the performance of this Contract by you in respect of which you are a Data Controller either alone or jointly with the LAA which will be transferred from you to the LAA or which the LAA is entitled to request in accordance with this Contract including documents held on Contract Work files which are necessary for the conduct of the relevant Case or matter and which we may require in order to assess your compliance with your obligations under this Contract;
Shared Data means any Personal Data shared between the Parties or otherwise Processed by either or both Parties under the Agreement;
Shared Data means any and all datasets or derived data, to the extent Processed in both the operation of the Remainco Business and the operation of the Spinco Business, during the period commencing on June 14, 2018 and ending on the Separation Date.

  • Enhancing user experience and functionality in GemCloud’s mobile applications by integrating Shared Data.

  • The use of Shared Data is restricted to the necessary activities for services provided by third parties or GemCloud’s internal products and services, with any additional processing or usage requiring prior written consent from the Client.

  • The Client authorizes GemCloud to manage the Shared Data as necessary for the purposes specified within this agreement, including the potential sharing and sublicensing of the data to trusted third-party integration partners, under the conditions that such sharing aligns with the specified uses and consent parameters outlined herein.

  • Shared Data accessed by third-party services or GemCloud’s internal products and services is used exclusively to enable functionalities that enhance the Client's business operations.


More Definitions of Shared Data

Shared Data means the Personal Data Processed through the Data Sharing.
Shared Data has the meaning set forth in the DTSA.
Shared Data means any data or information of or concerning the State or the Department that either is created or generated by Contractor personnel in the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract, including third party service and product contracts.
Shared Data mean the J&J Shared Data and the Kenvue Shared Data.

Shared Data means the data set provided to WAPHA by the Practice under this Agreement and includes the detail outlined in Item 4 Shared Data of the particulars schedule. Software means the computer software identified in Item 5 Software of the particulars schedule (if any).
Shared Data means the data set out in the Data Request Specification section of the Request for Analyses/Data Form;
