Student Wage Progression. Applicable to part time employees under 18 years of age hired after February 27, 2011: Eff. Hours Feb. 27, 2011 0 – 1300 $9.60 1301 – 1950 9.65 1951 and over 9.70 Upon attaining age 18, the employee shall be placed on the new wage progression for part-time employees hired after September 16, 2007.
