Students with a disability. Students with a disability in grades nine through twelve residing in either district shall be educated by Cloquet Public Schools except as specifically provided by agreement of the parties (excess costs will be the responsibility of the resident district). The instruction of all pupils shall be in compliance with all state laws and the rules of the Minnesota Department of Education.
