Studio Policies, Rules and Procedures. (a) Signs: With the exception of sponsorship/promotional material used in the Production, no signs or other advertising matter shall be placed, installed or maintained in or about the premises without Studio's prior written consent. Producer shall not use the initials "CBS" or the names "Television City", "CBS Inc.", "CBS Corporation", “CBS Broadcasting Inc,” or other words or symbols which would identify any such entities or any other division or subsidiary or parent corporation of CBS Broadcasting Inc. in any advertising or publicity or on any Production, without the express prior written consent of Studio, which Studio may grant or deny in its sole discretion
