Sub-Licensee. 4.1 For the Licence granted in Clause 2.1, Licensee shall be entitled to grant and authorize sub-licences of its rights thereunder to any person or entity subject to the terms of this Agreement. However, Licensee shall ensure that each sub-licence shall include obligations on the Sub-Licensee at least as restrictive as the obligations imposed on Licensee under this Agreement, excluding any economic term, which may be freely negotiated between the Licensee and Sub-Licensee, and a sub-license may allow for further sublicensing through multiple tiers.
Sub-Licensee. With the express written consent of Licensor, a Sub-License shall not be unreasonably withheld if the proposed Sub-Licensee is a full-time student at California State University San Marcos, has not already applied for housing with University Village, and meets the requirements of moving into the same Licensed space. It is the sole responsibility of Licensee to find a person to assign the license, and Licensor is not obligated to assist Licensee in finding a potential assignee or to fill Licensee's bed space before filling other bed spaces in the Premises. A $300.00 administrative fee is required to execute the sub-license prior to taking possession and being assigned to the Apartment.
Sub-Licensee. ‟ means all Persons who are allowed by the Licensee to use the built spaces and facilities of the Project Site; as per the terms/conditions for sub- License in terms of this Agreement.
Sub-Licensee. Any Person to which Licensee shall have granted a sublicense of the rights granted to Licensee by Licensor hereunder.
Sub-Licensee. All parties to any Sub-License shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this License and its amendments. Additionally, any Sub-License shall specifically include that Sub-Licensee agrees to maintain the condition of the License Area as set forth by this License and any amendments; that the Sub-License is revocable at any time, including upon termination of this License; that Sub-Licensee maintain insurance at levels consistent with Licensee’s requirements in Clause 16 (INSURANCE) (including naming the County as an additional insured party); and that Sub-Licensee indemnify and hold the County harmless consistent with Licensee’s obligations in Clause 17 (INDEMNIFICATION).
