Sub Positions. The sponsor may take steps to create a sub-position over your holding in the circumstances contemplated by clauses 5.1 or 5.2. The sponsor may also create a sub-position if you consent. If the sponsor does this, your ability to transfer, convert or otherwise deal with the securities will be restricted in accordance with the rules relating to sub-positions.
