Subconsultant Contracts. The CONSULTANT shall provide a copy of all relevant provisions of this Contract to all Subconsultants hired by it, or for which it may have management responsibilities as described in a Services Authorization and shall inform all Subconsultants that all Services performed hereunder shall strictly comply with the Contract terms and provisions. The CONSULTANT shall also furnish the CITY, upon demand, with a copy of all CONSULTANT-Subconsultant contracts.

Subconsultant Contracts. 4.a. Subcontracts with DB f irms will not contain provisions waiving legal rights or remedies provided by laws or regulations of the Federal Government or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the Commission through contract provisions or regulations. 4.b. Prime consultant will not impose provisions on DB subconsultants that are more onerous or restrictive than the terms of the prime's contract with non-DBs.

Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Consultant Services 4.1 The Consultant agrees to perform the following services and undertake the following responsibilities and duties to the Company to be provided by the Consultant to the Company as consulting services (the "Consulting Services"):
