Subject to Discipline. The Parties agree that sexual harassment as defined herein may be the subject of discipline. The Parties further agree that individuals who perjure themselves during disciplinary hearings or make false and malicious accusations may be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Subject to Plan The Stock Option and its exercise are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, and the terms of the Plan shall control to the extent not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
