Subject to Discipline Clause Samples
The 'Subject to Discipline' clause establishes that individuals or parties governed by the agreement may be held accountable for violations of its terms through disciplinary measures. In practice, this means that if a party breaches rules, policies, or codes of conduct outlined in the agreement, they may face consequences such as warnings, suspension, or other corrective actions as determined by the governing body or authority. Subject to Discipline. An Employee who engages in racial, ethnic, personal or gender harassment shall be subject to discipline.
