Submission For Town Approval of Development and Operations Plans. Before applying for any Required Permits for the Project, and before commencing any work on the Project or at the Sublease Premises, the Developer shall first receive the Town’s written approval of any proposed Improvements or construction work, and Developer’s proposed business and operational plan for the Campground in accordance with the plan submission and approval procedure described in this Section 3.2 and Section 3.3 below (hereinafter, the “Plan Submission and Approval Procedure”). On or before September 1, 2024, the Developer shall prepare a proposed development plan (hereinafter, the “Development Plan”), as described in Section 3.2(a) below, and a proposed operational plan (hereinafter, the “Operational Plan”), as described in Section 3.2(b) below, and shall submit three (3) copies of both such plans (hereinafter, the “Development and Operations Plans”) to the Town along with a written request for approval.
