Submission of Grievances. 1. A formal grievance shall be submitted in writing within twenty (20) days after the event(s) or condition(s) on which the grievance is based or within twenty (20) days of when the event(s) or condition(s) could reasonably have been known. 2. Grievances shall be signed by the grievant or his/her Association Representative.
