Reservation of Space. GTE reserves the right to manage its wire center and access tandem conduit requirements and to reserve vacant space for planned facility. GTE will retain and reserve a limited amount of vacant floor space within its wire centers and access tandems for its own specific future uses on terms no more favorable than applicable to other CLECs seeking to reserve collocation space for their own future use. If the remaining vacant floor space within a wire center or access tandem is reserved for GTE’s own specific future use, the wire center or access tandem will be exempt from future caged and cageless collocation requests. subject to Commission approval Pathnet shall not be permitted to reserve wire center or access tandem cable space or conduit system. If new conduit is required, GTE will negotiate with Pathnet to determine an alternative arrangement for the specific location. Pathnet will be allowed to reserve collocation space for its caged/cageless arrangements based on Pathnet's documented forecast provided GTE and subject to space availability. Such forecast must demonstrate a legitimate need to reserve the space for use on terms no more favorable than applicable to GTE seeking to reserve vacant space for its own specific use. Cageless collocation bays may not be used solely for the purpose of storing Pathnet equipment.
Reservation of Space. To reserve a space, students must submit a housing application and agree to the terms of the cancellation fee as listed in Payment & Release from Agreement schedule in section C by the designated deadline. Electronic or written signature of the student on the housing application legally binds said student to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a student cancels prior to the application due date, Cancellation fee Schedule in section C applies. The University will offer a student the opportunity to reserve a space at its sole discretion. Its use of a priority system, including lottery and wait lists for making such offers, may be changed or limited at its sole discretion.
Reservation of Space. Pole Owner may reserve space on its poles if such reservation is consistent with a development plan that reasonably and specifically projects and identifies a need for that space in the provision of its core utility service. In granting permission to use a pole or poles upon which space has been reserved, Pole Owner shall inform Licensee of the space reservation. Pole Owner shall permit use of its reserved space until such time as Pole Owner has an actual need for that space, when Pole Owner may recover the reserved space for its own use. Pole Owner shall give the displaced Licensee commercially reasonable notice of the reclamation of space as well as the opportunity to make alternate arrangements, if available, including but not limited to allowing Licensee to pay for any reasonable modifications needed to continue to accommodate the Attachments that would otherwise be displaced.

Such forecast must demonstrate a legitimate need to reserve the space for use on terms no more favorable than applicable to GTE seeking to reserve vacant space for its own specific use. Cageless collocation bays may not be used solely for the purpose of storing Aero equipment.

Reservation of Space. At Sublandlord’s option, Sublandlord may, by providing 30 days’ advance written notice to Subtenant, remove Space B from the demise of the Premises under this Sublease and retake possession of Space B. In such event (a) Base Rent will reduce by that portion of the Base Rent attributable to Space B, as set forth in Section 3.1(a); (b) Subtenant’s repair and maintenance obligations under Article 7 and tax obligations under Article 4 with respect to the entire Premises, including Space B, shall not be reduced and Subtenant shall continue to be responsible for the taxes allocated to, and the repair and maintenance of, Space B; and (c) Subtenant shall continue to provide Space B with the same level of utilities and other services as Subtenant shall have previously provided to Space B at no additional charge to Sublandlord.
Reservation of Space. The University will reserve the Contractor’s use of the space, facilities, and/or equipment (collectively, the “Space”) indicated in the Order Form during the period of time indicated in the Order Form (the “Term”) following execution of the Order Form by both parties (the “Effective Date”) and the University’s receipt of the deposit (if applicable). The University shall not be responsible for providing, for use of the Contractor, any Space not described on the Order Form. Contractor shall only use the Space for the sole purpose of the Event set forth in the Order Form and in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Reservation of Space. CenturyTel reserves the right to manage its own wire center and access tandem conduit requirements and to reserve vacant space for its own specific future use, unless otherwise ordered, based on the following criteria:
(1) Floor space for transmission and miscellaneous equipment shall be reserved for up to two years of growth. This would include, but not be limited to, digital cross-connect systems, D4 channel banks, SONET terminals, DWDM equipment, and loop treatment equipment.
(2) Floor space for continued expansion of the central office switch (end office, tandem, toll, STP) shall be reserved for up to four years of growth. If central office switch growth cannot be accommodated in floor space associated with a future building addition, in which case floor space is reserved to accommodate the ultimate growth of the central office switch. The ultimate growth of the central office switch is defined as: (a) the maximum terminations/ports (lines and trunks) the central office can support, or (b) the number of terminations/ports anticipated at the time switch modernization technology (complete replacement) is planned to be placed in service.
(3) Floor space for the following central office areas shall be reserved for the ultimate requirements of the central office building: power room, main distribution frames, cable vault, manual cross-connect line-ups, and optical system cross-connect/interconnection line-ups. CenturyTel’s reservation of vacant floor space within its wire centers and access tandems for its own specific future uses will be on terms no more favorable than would be applicable to other CLEC’s seeking to reserve collocation space for their own future use. If the remaining vacant floor space within a wire center or access tandem is reserved for CenturyTel’s own specific future use, the wire center or access tandem will be exempt from future caged collocations requests. Bayland shall not be permitted to reserve wire center or access tandem cable space or conduit system. Bayland will be allowed to reserve collocation space for its caged arrangements based on Bayland’s documented forecast provided CenturyTel and subject to space availability. Reservation of Space. 12.7.1 SBCT may reserve Collocation Space for its future use in CBT's Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Section. CBT may retain a limited amount of floor space for the specific future uses of CBT on terms no more favorable to CBT, or any of its Affiliates, than those that apply to SBCT seeking to reserve Collocation Space for its own future use. CBT will relinquish any space held for future use before denying a request for Virtual Collocation on grounds of space limitations, unless CBT proves to the Commission that virtual collocation at that point is not technically feasible. CBT shall provide SBCT actual notice to the person specified in SBCT’s request if another Telecommunications Carrier requests Collocation Space that is reserved by SBCT. SBCT shall, within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such notice, provide CBT either (i) written notice that SBCT relinquishes such space, or (ii) enforce its reservation of space in accordance with this Section. Failure of SBCT to respond to CBT within the foregoing five (5) Business Day period shall be deemed an election by SBCT to relinquish such space.
12.7.2 Space for Physical Collocation may be reserved on the following basis:
12.7.2.1 SBCT may reserve space in a CBT Central Office in which it has (or plans to order) Physical Collocation for permitted telecommunications related equipment.
12.7.2.2 A reservation may be maintained only by the payment of a non-recurring charge to defray the administrative costs of the reservation system (“Reservation Charge”). Where SBCT reserves space in a CBT Central Office where it is not currently Collocated its reservation must also be accompanied by the application fee.
12.7.2.3 The reservation takes a priority based on the time at which it is received by CBT.
12.7.2.4 In the case of an order for Physical Collocation in an office in which all the unoccupied space is covered by reservations, all reservations will be prioritized by received date. The holders(s) of the lowest-priority reservation(s) that, when considering all higher-priority reservations, still represent(s) available space sufficient to fill the order(s) for Physical Collocation (each, an “Option Party”) will be given the option of “enforcing” or relinquishing its (their) reservation(s).
