Submission of SPA to CMS. The Web-broker must submit the SPA electronically in a format specified by CMS during the Agreement renewal or initial onboarding process, but no later than June 30, for Existing and Prospective Web-brokers, to mitigate risk of any delay in completing the onboarding process and/or participation in the open enrollment period (OEP) as defined in Section VI.a of this Agreement. Web-brokers must submit applicable SPA documentation in accordance with the ISCM Strategy Guide throughout the term of the Agreement.
