Submittal Plan. The Vendor shall prepare for the Authority Representative’s review and approval, a Submittal Plan that identifies a timeline for submission and approval of each submittal required by the Technical Specifications. The Vendor’s Submittal Plan shall be delivered to the Authority Representative and the Authority on or before the deadline listed in the Technical Specifications. Refer to the Technical Specifications for detailed submittal requirements.

  • Meal Plan The Student who resides in a university residence hall is required to purchase a full residential dining plan (commuter plans are not acceptable). Landlord shall, within five (5) days thereafter, submit four (4) sets of proposed plans and specifications, as so revised or corrected, to Tenant for its approval in accordance with this paragraph, which plans will then be considered the final plans (the “Final Plans”). The Final Plans may subsequently be amended by Tenant provided that significant changes will require Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall be given or reasonably refused within five (5) business days after receipt of such amended plans and specifications and, provided further that if such change order will delay the anticipated Commencement Date specified in Section 1 of the Lease the change order shall be considered a Tenant Delay (as hereinafter defined). The parties will work cooperatively to complete the plan approval process expeditiously.

  • AGGREGATION PLAN Competitive Supplier agrees that it has been provided with and had a reasonable opportunity to examine, and has examined, the Aggregation Plan, and has not discerned any conflicts between this Agreement and the Aggregation Plan. The Parties agree that the Aggregation Plan, in the form as it exists on the Effective Date, shall be construed harmoniously with this Agreement to the greatest practicable extent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Aggregation Plan, the Agreement shall govern.
