Submitting Flight Requests. Time Share Lessee shall submit requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules to the Schedule Keeper as far in advance of any given flight as possible. Time Share Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure: departure airport; destination airport; date and time of departure; the names of all passengers; purpose of the flight for each passenger; the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; the date and time of return flight, if any; and any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Time Share Lessor or Time Share Lessor’s flight crew.

Requests for flights and proposed flight schedules shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by, Lessor and Lessee. In addition to requests for flights and proposed flight schedules, Lessee shall provide Lessor at least the following information for each proposed flight as soon as possible prior to scheduled departure: 6.1.1. departure airport; 6.1.2. destination airport; 6.1.3. date and time of outbound departure (including any multiple leg destinations); 6.1.4. the number of anticipated passengers and their names; 6.1.5. the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; 6.1.6. the date and time of return flight (including any multiple leg destinations), if any; 6.1.7. for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and 6.1.8. any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Xxxxxx’s flight crew. Until such time as Lessor notifies Lessee otherwise, all flight requests hereunder shall be submitted to the following representative of Lessor: Travel Services

Requests for flights and proposed flight schedules shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by, CCS and Time Share Lessee. From time to time, CCS shall notify the Time Share Lessee as to the proper individual to whom all flight requests hereunder shall be submitted.

In addition to requests for flights and proposed flight schedules, Time Share Lessee shall provide NuStar at least the following information for each proposed flight as soon as possible prior to scheduled departure: 6.1.1. departure airport; 6.1.2. destination airport; 6.1.3. date and time of outbound departure (including any multiple leg destinations); 6.1.4. the number of anticipated passengers and their names; 6.1.5. the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; 6.1.6. the date and time of return flight (including any multiple leg destinations), if any; 6.1.7. for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and 6.1.8. any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by NuStar’s flight crew. Time Share Lessee shall provide the Company at least the following information for each proposed flight at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure: (a) departure airport; (b) destination airport; (c) date and time of departure; (d) the number of anticipated passengers; (e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (f) the date and time of return flight, if any; (g) and any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by the Company or the Company's flight crew or that may be required by the FAR or other Applicable Law.
Submitting Flight Requests. Each Lessee shall submit respective CEO/CLO pre-approved requests for Flights and proposed Flight schedules to Company as far in advance of any given Flight as possible, and in any case, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of Xxxxxx’s planned departure. Requests for Flight time shall be made by the respective Lessee CEO Office and/or Office of Compliance through a Company Aircraft request form and subject to mutually agreed upon Aircraft approval process, as may be in effect at such time. The use of the Aircraft will be in accordance with all Company policies and procedures including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct and the Global Anti-Corruption Policy. Lessee shall provide Company at least the following information for each proposed Flight at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure: (a) departure airport; (b) destination airport; (c) date and time of departure; (d) the number and nationality of anticipated passengers; (e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (f) the date and time of return Flight, if any; (g) and any other information concerning the proposed Flight that may be pertinent or required by Company or Company’s flight crew or that may be required by the FAR or other Applicable Law.

  • Data Subject Requests To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.

  • CHILD SUPPORT CERTIFICATION Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the Engineer certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the above certification is shown to be false, the Engineer is liable to the state for attorney’s fees, the cost necessary to complete the contract, including the cost of advertising and awarding a second contract, and any other damages provided by law or the contract. A child support obligor or business entity ineligible to receive payments because of a payment delinquency of more than thirty (30) days remains ineligible until: all arrearages have been paid; the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or the court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from Subsection (a) of Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, as part of a court- supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.
