Subscriber’s Representations Related to a Subscription in the Tokens. 3.1. The Subscriber, if an entity, is, and shall at all times while it holds Tokens remain, duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the state or other jurisdiction of the United States of America of its incorporation or organization, having full power and authority to own its properties and to carry on its business as conducted. The Subscriber, if a natural person, is eighteen years of age or older, competent to enter into a contractual obligation, and a citizen or resident of the United States of America. The principal place of business or principal residence of the Subscriber is as shown in the Subscriber Questionnaire.
