Subsequent Transition Periods for DS1 and DS3 Dedicated Transport. 6.1.1 In the event BellSouth seeks to designate additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Sections 5.2.5.1 and 5.2.5.2 above, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall provide to NuVox a carrier notification letter (CNL), including BellSouth’s proposed list of any such additional wire centers (Subsequent Wire Center List), in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, and BellSouth shall post such CNL on its website, at .xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Contract Transition Upon Contract expiration or termination, the Contractor shall ensure a seamless transfer of Contract responsibilities with any subsequent Contractor necessary to transition the Products and services of the Contract. The incumbent Contractor assumes all expenses related to the contract transition.

  • MASTER CONTRACT TRANSITION Contractor represents and warrants that, in the event this Master Contract or a similar contract, is transitioned to another contractor (e.g., Master Contract expiration or termination), Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Enterprise Services for a period of sixty (60) days to effectuate a smooth transition to another contractor to minimize disruption of service and/or costs to the State of Washington.

  • Transition Period LVRT Standard The transition period standard applies to wind generating plants subject to FERC Order 661 that have either: (i) interconnection agreements signed and filed with the Commission, filed with the Commission in unexecuted form, finally executed as conforming agreements, or filed with the Commission as non-conforming agreements between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, with a scheduled in-service date no later than December 31, 2007, or (ii) wind generating turbines subject to a wind turbine procurement contract executed prior to December 31, 2005, for delivery through 2007.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL).   • Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. Xxxx and keep shall govern compensation for such traffic exchanged by the Parties in this State until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the Agreement, or (2) further action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or a court of competent jurisdiction, vacates, replaces, modifies, or supersedes the applicable rules adopted in Order on Remand and Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 00-00, XXX 00-000 (xxx. Apr. 27, 2001). 7.3.4.2.2 Intentionally Left Blank.

  • Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 34, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.
