Subsequent Waiver Requests. The School may request additional waivers. Upon receipt of such request, the District shall have thirty (30) calendar days to review the request and, thereafter, shall present the matter before the District Board at its next regular meeting. The District Board shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, have thirty (30) calendar days to consider the matter prior to rendering a decision at a regular meeting. Waivers of District policies may be granted only to the extent permitted by state law. Waiver of District policies shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any such requests for waivers must include a statement articulating how the School plans to comply with the intent of the statute, rule, or policy for which waiver is required.
