Subsequent Waiver Requests. The School may request additional waivers after the original request. Upon receipt of such request, the District shall have thirty (30) calendar days to review the request and, thereafter, shall present the matter before the Board at its next regular meeting. The Board shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, have thirty (30) calendar days to consider the matter prior to rendering a decision at a regular meeting.
