Substance Abuse Evaluation. An employee who engages in prohibited conduct shall be provided with the name, address and telephone number of a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). If the employee desires to become re-qualified, the employee must be evaluated by a SAP and submit to any treatment prescribed by the SAP. Following evaluation and treatment, in order to become re-qualified the employee must submit to and successfully complete a return-to-duty test (see Section B 5). Such employee is also subject to follow-up testing (see Section B 6).
