Common use of Substance Use Programs Clause in Contracts

Substance Use Programs. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with BHS for known 2 or suspected substance use by Participants to ensure the most appropriate course of care can be provided 3 while the Participant is receiving Recuperative Care Services.
