SUBSTITUTE TEACHER DAILY CALCULATIONS. The hours billed are inclusive of an additional 15 minutes at the start and 15 minutes at the end time of the Client’s bell schedule. An additional 15 minutes may be added to the start of the workday, if a morning break is not included in the Client’s bell schedule. As lunch is unpaid, the duration of the lunch shall be deducted from the above calculation.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER DAILY CALCULATIONS. The hours billed is based on the following calculation. CCE will add 15 minutes to the start and 15 minutes to the end time of the Client’s xxxx schedule. An additional 15 minutes may be added to the start of the workday, if a morning break is not included in the Client’s xxxx schedule. Lunch is unpaid, so the duration of the lunch is deducted from the calculation. For an assignment to qualify as a half day assignment the calculation of hours must include 15 minutes prior to the substitute’s first class and 15 minutes after substitute’s last class.

  • Substitute Teachers In lieu of salary under the Basic Salary Schedule, the District shall pay to teachers employed on the basis of the teacher being available for service if and when called upon by the District, and known as Substitute Teachers, an allowance of $217.04 per day of teaching effective September 1, 2011.   • TEACHER EVALUATIONS The School Board and the Association recognize that evaluation of the staff is a vital function of the District. A Teacher Evaluation Review Committee consisting of six teachers, including two elementary, two middle school, and two high school teachers appointed by the Twin Falls Education Association; an elementary administrator, a middle school administrator, and an high school administrator appointed by the Twin Falls School District Administration; and three district office administrators to include the Elementary Director, the Secondary Director and the Director of Support Services. The appointment of the members of the committee will be made on or before October 1st of each year. An administrator from the district and a member appointed by the Association will co-chair the committee. The committee will meet at the call of the co-chairs. The Professional Practice portion of the evaluation will be conducted by a member of the building administrative team. The building administrator will meet individually with the teacher before the end of first quarter to discuss goals and the evaluation tool. The evaluation shall include a minimum of two (2) documented observations annually, with at least one (1) observation being completed by January 1 of each year.
