Common use of Substitutes’ Salaries Clause in Contracts

Substitutes’ Salaries. Long-term substitutes who work more than twenty (20) consecutive days in 5 the same assignment shall be placed on the existing Employee’s Salary Schedule commencing on the 6 twenty-first (21st) day of the assignment and continuing for the duration of the assignment.
