Employees new to the District. Each year of verified service as a full-time certificated employee in a public or private school may be counted as a year of service for initial salary placement, provided the applicant had a valid teaching credential or teaching license during the time of service. Employees new to the District. Employees new to the District shall be paid per diem of their daily rate for all days required by the District to be worked prior to the first contracted day.
Employees new to the District shall be placed on the first step or appropriate hourly rate of the Support Professionals Salary Schedule applicable to the position and classification which is being assumed by the employee, except as indicated below.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty One Dollars and 64/100 ($226,661.64) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
