Substituting Another Day For A Statutory Holiday. (a) The Employer may substitute another day off for a statutory holiday if the Employer and a majority of the affected employees at a workplace agree to the substitution. (b) Any employees affected by the substitution of another day for a statutory holiday have the same rights under this Article and the Employer has the same duties under this Article as if the other day were a statutory holiday. (c) The Employer must retain for five (5) years records of agreements made under this Clause.
