SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT. The Project covers an area comprising approximately 70 acres, located generally at M-53 and 31 Mile Road in Washington Township. Developer is proposing to develop single family homes, townhomes and commercial units that generally meets the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and that are consistent with the conditions imposed in the recommendation of approval by the Planning Commission. The proposed use is as follows: single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial.
