Summary of Allowances. The following allowances are paid, in addition to the Base Hourly Rate set out in subclause 13.1(a) above, where applicable. For the purposes of this clause the following applies: Flat Allowance: Paid as a separate stand alone payment in addition to the Base Hourly Rate and does not form part of the Base Hourly Rate for the purposes of calculating overtime penalties or paid leave. Therefore all Employees will be required to use Project provided transportation. The travel allowance includes reimbursement for all costs, expense and inconvenience incurred with any travel from the Project provided accommodation including the Village or Project provided transit pick up locations, to and from the Project Site, and to and from the workplace for the crew pre-start meeting.
