Agreement Cancellation i. This agreement is canceled when:
ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges. The amount authorized for payment of return freight will, in no instance, be more than original delivery charges documented by carrier. These charges may be applied, at the option of the supplier, to those orders which have been accepted. Orders cancelled prior to shipment or acceptance by ordering entity from the manufacturer will not be assessed charges.
Contract Cancellation By written notice and without a cure period, Buyer may cancel the whole Contract, or any part of this Contract, in the event of the suspension of Seller’s business, insolvency of Seller, institution of bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings by or against Seller, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Seller’s property or business, any assignment, reorganization, or arrangement by Seller for the benefit of creditors, or the debarment or suspension of Seller by any Government agency. Xxxxx’s remedies in the event of a cancellation of the Contract pursuant to this ¶ 18 shall be the same as set forth in ¶ 19, TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT.
Service Cancellation You may cancel the EM Service at any time by providing us thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice. In the event you wish to cancel your EM Service, you may do so by calling 0-000-000-0000 if associated with Basic Internet Service or 0-000-000-0000 for Fios Service. If you cancel during your Term Plan, you agree to pay us: (a) all Service fees accrued as of the cancellation date and (b) a termination charge equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the applicable monthly rate times the number of months remaining in your Term Plan. You are responsible in all cases for the full amount of telephone company circuit cancellation charges incurred by you as a result of your cancellation.
Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.
Shift Cancellation If any nurse is cancelled with less than twenty four (24) hours notice of the commencement of their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.
Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement.
Delivery Date and Cancellation You agree to the cancellation policies and the procedures for scheduling of Training and On-Site Courses available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. You must use all Red Hat training offerings, including Training Units and Consulting Units, within one (1) year of the date of purchase; any unused training offerings will be forfeited.
Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.
Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.
