Common use of Summer Vacation Selection Clause in Contracts

Summer Vacation Selection. (F/T, P/T) In order to allow the maximum number of Employees off during July and August, employees will be restricted to selecting two (2) consecutive weeks or two blocks of seven (7) consecutive days. Where full weeks are not available, part weeks will be permitted until the vacation schedule is filled. Following the vacation-scheduling meeting, additional requests will be considered on a first come first serve basis as approved by the Employer and as operational needs allow.
