Common use of Sunday Premium Clause in Contracts

Sunday Premium. ‌ Employees hired prior to February 11, 1990, working on Sunday shall receive a premium of one dollar ($1.00) for each hour worked. Sunday shall be considered as the first day of the week for the purpose of the Collective Agreement.
