SUPERCESSION. All other prior discussions, communications and representations concerning the subject matter of this Agreement are superseded by the terms of this Agreement, and except as specifically provided herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof.
SUPERCESSION. This Agreement is the final, complete and exclusive expression of the agreement between the Company and the Executive and supersedes and replaces in all respects any prior employment agreements (including the Prior Agreement). On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive after the effective date of this Agreement will be governed by the terms of this Agreement and not by any other agreements, oral or otherwise.
SUPERCESSION. On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive will be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Employment Policies Manual and not by any other agreements or otherwise. In the event of a conflict between the Employment Policies Manual and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.
SUPERCESSION. This Agreement supercedes and replaces all other agreements, documents, writings and verbal understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
SUPERCESSION. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Parties as to its subject-matter and supersedes any previous understanding or agreement on such subject-matter between Parties, whether oral or otherwise.
SUPERCESSION. 27.1 The Agreement between the parties for a particular project supersedes any other agreement between the parties, whether written or oral.
SUPERCESSION. This Agreement supercedes and replaces any prior agreement, understanding or communication, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Prior Employment Agreement which is hereby terminated effective as of the Effective Time and is waived in part upon the execution of this Agreement as set forth in Section 1.
SUPERCESSION. Upon the completion of a public offering of its securities by the Company in the United States, this Agreement shall amend and restate in their entirety, the Prior Agreements; provided, however that any representations (but not covenants) made by the Company and the Promoters in the Prior Agreements shall survive and not be amended and restated hereby.
SUPERCESSION. This Agreement supersedes the Agreement effective May 26, 1993 by and between ARCH and Licensee, which is hereby terminated and of no further force or effect. *The asterisk denotes that confidential portions of this exhibit have been omitted in reliance on Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. SUPERCESSION. This Deed constitutes the entire understanding between Parties as to its subject-matter and supersedes any previous understanding or agreement on such subject- matter between Parties, whether oral or otherwise.
