Common use of Supersession Clause in Contracts

Supersession. Except as provided herein, this Agreement constitute the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other prior agreements or understanding relating to such subject matter. Provided, however, that it shall not prejudice the rights and obligations which have arisen out of the prior agreements and continuing to subsist unless otherwise agreed to be relinquished or abrogated through this Agreement.
