Supervision During the Probationary Period. A. Following the delivery of a probationary letter, and prior to the first twice monthly meeting (See 9.1.5 C) the principal or other supervisor and the probationary employee shall meet to discuss performance deficiencies, expected levels of performance, and the remedial measures to be taken. During the period of probation, the employee may not be transferred from the supervision of the original evaluator. When appropriate in the judgment of the supervisor, the supervisor may authorize one additional evaluator to evaluate the probationer and to aid the employee in improving his or her areas of deficiency, provided that such additional evaluator shall not be a member of the bargaining unit.
