Supervisory Conference. 1. When a teacher is required to appear before the Board or before any Board Committee concerning any matter, which could directly affect the continuation of that teacher in his/her employment, the teacher shall be given prior written notice of the reason(s) for such meeting or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative present during such meeting. Except in an emergency, such notice shall be given no less than forty-eight (48) clock hours prior to such meeting.
